Q345R (R-HIC) grade smelting method
It is smelted by the electric furnace + external refining method, and the smelting process is Ca treatment, and it should be an intrinsically fine-grained steel, and its actual grain size is 5 or more.
Q345R (R-HIC) steel delivery status: normalizing.

Q345R (R-HIC) steel is a special plate for pressure vessels with a yield strength of 340MPa. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties and process performance. Phosphorus and sulfur content is slightly lower than that of low-alloy high-strength steel Q345 (16Mn) steel. In addition to higher tensile strength and elongation requirements than Q345 (16Mn) steel, impact toughness is also required. It is a special steel plate for pressure vessels with a wide range of uses and considerable amount in China.
