The 16MnDR boiler plate is a special plate, which is used for manufacturing various blast furnaces. Boiler plates work under medium temperature and high pressure, and are often affected by internal pressure, impact, skin load, and corrosive effects of water vapor and other media. Therefore, the boiler steel plate is required to have higher medium temperature resistance, welding performance, cold-formability, and corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
The boiler plates are all rolled from killed steel. The main steel grades used in the production of boiler plates are: 209, 12Mng, Q345R, Q375R steel, and 14MnMoVg.
Pressure vessel steel plates are also special high-quality steel plates, which are mainly used to manufacture pressure media for petroleum, chemical, gas separation and gas storage and transportation. Working pressure: Normal pressure is 32MPa, working temperature is in the range of 20-450℃. Therefore, the pressure vessel plate must have good cold bending and welding performance, good plasticity, toughness and high strength. At present, it is mostly rolled with low alloy structural steel.
