P460NH and P460NL1 steel and P460NL2 steel plate shall be delivered by shearing or flame cutting.
1. Import European standard steel P460NH, P460NL1 steel, P460NL2 steel plate implementation standard is the same, are EN 10028-3.
2. Chemical composition and mechanical properties are basically the same, P460NL2 compared with P460NL1 and P460NH harmful impurity S content is lower.
P460NH steel plate is normally delivered in normalizing condition. Chemical composition of P460NH steel (smelting analysis) should comply with the provisions of the following table: C: ≤0.2, Si: ≤0.6, Mn: 1.1-1.7, P: ≤0.025, S: ≤0.015, Al: ≥0.02, N: ≤0.025, Cr: ≤0.3, Cu: ≤0.7, Mo: ≤0.1, Nb: ≤0.05, Ni: ≤0.8, Ti: ≤0.03, V: ≤0.2.
In terms of low-temperature impact toughness, P460NL2 steel plate requires that the minimum impact energy value at -50℃ should be greater than or equal to 27J. P460NL1 requires that the minimum impact energy value at -40℃ should be greater than or equal to 27J. P460NH steel requires that the minimum impact energy value at -20℃ should be greater than or equal to 30J.
